Because the keepsake is a custom -made item directly created for the purchaser, there will be no returns. If you find an issue with your finished product, email tracey@belovedbelongings.gifts.
Items will usually be ready around 4 - 5 business days (not including the day it was ordered) depending on inventory, holiday peaks, complexity of the designs, and number of orders being processed at the time. I strive to get orders completed and delivered ASAP, but since every item is created with the utmost care, it can sometimes take a little bit longer.
